The proprietors of Villa Alesia are dedicated collectors of art and subsequently Villa Alesia is a veritable gallery of modern art and antique Chinese pieces.
The villa is also plush with amenities such as air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout, a large fireplace and a recreation room with home theater, surround sound system and gaming consoles. The property also possesses an irresistible garden and patio featuring a gas barbeque and a large alfresco dining area capable of hosting up to twenty guests.
Originally a 1930’s loft, Villa Alesia has been recently renovated and decorated in chic contemporary furniture. An inviting living room with ample seating is adorned with plenty artworks and leads to a formal dining room. This dining room can seat up to ten for exquisite French cuisine.
A white-lacquered gourmet kitchen is also conveniently located on the same floor as the living and dining rooms and will provide everything a gourmet cook requires.
Villa Alesia has four private bedchambers each of which have full en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is appropriately located on the mezzanine floor and features a king size bed and a fireplace in the bathroom, marble tub and rain shower.
The remaining three bedrooms are found on the first floor, each with a queen size bed and direct access to the garden. Additionally, the playroom located on the first floor also has a queen size sofa bed should it be required.
